Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid educational pathways and scheduled consultations confirmed in writing by Dataruntimepath. Informational prices on the website alone do not create a charge.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not attended a live session and have not downloaded more than twenty percent of cohort worksheets. After that window, partial refunds may apply as described below.

Full refunds

Full refunds are available when we cancel a cohort, when we cannot offer an agreed consultation slot within thirty days, or when you cancel inside the 14-day window under the conditions above.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after accessing substantial materials but before the midpoint of a multi-week program, we may refund fifty percent of the program fee. Single Orientation Desk sessions cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice receive a seventy-five percent refund; later cancellations are non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Completed private consultations, customized document reviews already delivered, and third-party examination or association fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email hello@dataruntimepath.digital with the subject “Refund request,” your full name, booking reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and may ask for clarification.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within ten business days after approval. Bank processing times may add several days.

Cancellation by Dataruntimepath

If we cancel a program, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no extra cost.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer withdrawal rights that apply to your purchase remain unaffected. Where mandatory German or EU rules grant a broader right, those rules prevail.
